STV is seeking a Project Engineer to work for the PM/CM division in its New York City office. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the use of technology for daily tasks and possess strong communication abilities to coordinate with a large team, ensuring multiple responsibilities are completed by their deadlines. This role involves managing project documents, including control, scanning, indexing, linking, electronic filing, and distribution of various project-related materials using Procore or similar Project Management Tools. The Project Engineer will also prepare transmittals, distribute and retrieve documents, and support Project Managers and the Project Team in all document control matters. Responsibilities include processing project documents and maintaining document control files in accordance with established procedures, handling both electronic and hard copy distribution and filing, and establishing and maintaining files for various document types such as correspondence, field memos, submittals, pay requests, drawing logs, safety notices, RFIs, and photos.
