About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. This role involves building and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project success through effective management and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Expertise in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Implement effective quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
• Resolve project issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain long-term partnerships.
