Our capabilities cover a full suite of millwrighting services, including installing, setting, aligning, and leveling machinery and equipment, as well as dismantling, refurbishing, reassembling, and moving. Additionally, our expertise covers close tolerance and precision alignment, as well as fabrication, concrete construction, and industrial HVAC solutions. This role is part of the Operations Department and reports to the Project Manager. The Project Engineer will assist with the execution and management of project needs, prepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports, and maintain regular communication with the entire project team. Key responsibilities include generating and facilitating project documentation such as requests for information, submittals, drawings, specifications, purchase orders, material orders, change orders, and close-out documents. The role also involves performing material take-offs from drawings for estimates and changes, demonstrating attention to detail, efficiency, and integrity. Flexibility with work environment and project locations is required, and commuting to various jobsite locations may be necessary. The position requires attending and conducting meetings as needed and complying with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Project Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day field operations, such as material expediting, timekeeping, RFI management, submittals, design team coordination, and confirming installed quantities for scheduling and reporting.
