They are responsible for helping ensure the project runs effectively and smoothly by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining logs, schedules, budgets, and project safety initiatives. They must be flexible and adaptable team players, as well as have strong communication, task management, and client service skills.
