About The Position

MSA is seeking a Project Engineer to support its expanding Water/Wastewater practice in Duluth, Minnesota. The role serves as a client liaison, mentors staff, and contributes to successful project execution. MSA supports Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, construction, and operations. The position is full-time, salaried, hybrid eligible, and flex time eligible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• At least 5 years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, budget, and perform quality assurance and quality control for projects.
• Develop client relationships.
• Assist with mentoring emerging engineering staff.
• Oversee plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Assist with project funding packages in collaboration with funding staff.
• Provide project updates at public forums.
