This role involves supporting Quality Control measures, identifying changes to customer drawings, performing quantitative takeoffs, ordering materials, pricing change orders, creating and implementing job schedules, coordinating with field supervisors, forecasting material and manning requirements, performing labor control, and supporting job cost control through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets. The position also requires supporting the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan. A hybrid work model is permitted, with 4 days per week in the office required.
