The Project Engineer role is an entry-level position with the intent of growing into a Project Manager with Stevens!

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
• Ability to read and understand construction specific project documents.
• Experience with project scheduling software.
• Knowledge of construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Manager with multiple project duties: Submittals, RFI's, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production and cost tracking.
• Soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and projects scopes, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and proposals for approval.
• Develop and manage the punch lists with Project Team.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure the jobsite needs are being met.
