This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years' experience OR Advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior Project experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and execute several components of complex tasks.
  • Trained CAM & Proficiency with Teamcenter, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Cases, Variable Vanes & Kinematics, Rotors, and Validation IPTs made up of Project, Design, Structural, Aero, and Systems engineers.
  • The IPTs are tasked with sustaining fielded engines through product deficiency investigations and product enhancements.
  • The IPTs resolve manufacturing and overhaul issues in support of spares part deliveries and fleet sustainment.
  • Support L3 schedule creation and maintenance, CIPT Task Tracker updates, and assist in the transition of the F135 HPC team to Agile using Jira/Confluence.
  • Support the Project Discipline Manager with implementation and IPT accountability to Project Discipline processes defined in the Project Engineering Manual (PEM).
  • Work with the IPT to plan, acquire, and manage appropriate budgets for specific tasks.
  • Support the IPT as a focal point to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and present task status and technical content to the CIPT and CSE management.
