This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Relocation assistance is not provided. Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management
  • 5 years of aerospace/defense supply support experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of aerospace/defense supply support experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required (DoD) clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR regulated material
  • In-depth knowledge of PW/RTX internal supply policies, practices, and standard work
  • Proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions are highly desired
  • Good analytical and communication skills are a must.
  • Able to organize, logically analyze, and present information from several info systems.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in all aspects of F135 Deployment support, from supporting AfloatSpares Package (ASP)/Deployment Spares Package (DSP) modeling optimizations and subsequent part allocations, to spares Pack-Up Kit (PUK) delivery for training detachment support
  • Initiate spares modeling requests, participate in spares reviews and analysis, and contribute to the development of deployment support plans
  • Support the program’s contractual requirements for kit reconstitution of ASPs and DSPs post deployment, to achieve and maintain operational readiness levels
  • Proactively monitoring utilization rates of F135 spare parts during deployments and making sourcing decisions for F135 spares
  • Coordinating with appropriate F135 spares redistribution to ensure contracted spares remain at Target Stock Level
  • Conducting inventory analysis of F135 spares to ensure they reflect accurately in SAP per contracted & PUK requirements
  • Facilitate sourcing, shipping and/or redistribution actions required to satisfy the kits contracted Target Stock Level and/or part requisition requirement
