About The Position

Exp Federal is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team to support Project Managers for construction and mission support type projects globally. The Project Engineer will assist Project Managers in coordinating Production, Quality Control, Health and Safety, and international support staff. They will also monitor subcontractor performance, generate internal and external project reports, and assist with preparing bids and proposals. The role involves reviewing project schedules, supporting their development and updating, and inputting data into the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Resident Management System (RMS). Additionally, the Project Engineer will review invoices, track billings, write and review construction Safety Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Work Plans, and review design submittments. Site visits to confirm quality performance and project execution are also part of the responsibilities, along with effective communication with U.S. DOD active duty and civilian personnel and multi-cultural staff and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Engineering, architecture or equivalent Construction Management Degree required
  • 7+ Years of experience working on construction or construction management projects, including on-site experience.

Nice To Haves

  • International experience is a plus.
  • U.S. DoD construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
