About The Position

Join our dynamic Engineering & Technology team as a Project Engineer, based primarily at our Andover, MA facility, with cross-site responsibilities in Chelmsford. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing engineering projects for Advanced Programs, directly impacting the success of innovative defense solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience, especially in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across functional teams
• Secret clearance required at start
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• SAP software experience
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience working within the defense industry
• Knowledge of DFARS compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope
• Maintain and regularly update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Test Equipment programs, aligning with key project milestones and resource allocation
• Act as the primary material procurement liaison, managing requisitions, verifying receipts, and overseeing kitting operations for assigned programs
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance project execution efficiency and documentation standards
• Track, organize, and report project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
