This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required (due to program/contract requirements)

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in AGILE, Confluence, Jira, and SAP
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads to meet task and technical requirements.
  • Work with supplier resources to meet hardware delivery requirements and technical milestones.
  • Participate in validation activities, including engine build and test, throughout the validation phase of the program.
  • Operate across a wide range of disciplines and management levels with both internal and external customers to meet task requirements
  • Utilize Agile methodology and Jira and Confluence to manage and present status and technical content to internal and external customers.
  • Manage budget and schedule in accordance with program negotiated deliverables.
