Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Uphold HC Company's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate across departments to leverage your expertise in estimating, pre-construction, and business development.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring critical tasks are executed to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct thorough reviews of plans and specifications to identify conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Manage document controls meticulously, including submittals, project closeouts, RFIs, and transmittals.
• Track materials procurement and assist with material takeoffs to support project scheduling.
• Assist with project contracting, buyouts, and quality assurance/quality control efforts.
• Actively participate in site safety initiatives and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to streamline project documentation and communications.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.
