About The Position

Delek US Holdings is a diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals. Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
  • Project management, pipeline, and facility design experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  • Manages small to midsized projects or portions of larger capital and major projects.
  • Prepares estimates, budgets, schedules, materials, and contracts for projects.
  • Utilizes company technical standards and design criteria.
  • Coordinates design and construction activities with operations, field personnel, procurement, engineering, and construction contractors.
  • Monitors and controls project performance during Project Execution stage to ensure project meets agreed quality, cost, and time parameters in safe and environmentally sound manner.
  • May have contractor oversight.
  • Manages multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
  • Communicates on status and developments of assigned projects.
  • Can scope a project and manage from Pre-FEED to Completion including Job Books.
