Manage supply chain activities supporting Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) projects across global drivetrain value streams. Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful implementation of product changes. Monitor and communicate the impact of active and upcoming CPI projects on the supply chain. Develop phase-in/phase-out plans for components while minimizing scrap, rework, and operational disruptions. Manage service letter inventory requirements and work with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues. Track and report component and machine serial number effectivity dates. Create, maintain, and consolidate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for project tracking and decision-making. Collaborate with operations, depot supply chain analysts, and product support teams to drive process improvements and supply chain efficiency. Facilitate and manage Part Stocking Requests (PSRs) and Inventory Stocking Requests (ISRs). Serve as the Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and best practices to project teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective supply chain solutions.
