About The Position

We're seeking a talented Structural Project Engineer with 3-6 years of experience who's passionate about innovative, sustainable design. We've built a reputation for tackling the Bay Area's most technically demanding projects, including high-density urban development, seismic resilience, historic retrofit, and tech headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to design innovative building structures across multiple materials in a seismically complex urban environment, apply expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood on various projects, and collaborate with dynamic project teams across our US and New Zealand network. You will also contribute to sustainable and resilient design in a city that sets the standard for both.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of structural engineering experience
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • PE license
  • Seismic design experience
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, RISA
  • A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative building structures across multiple materials in a seismically complex urban environment
  • Apply expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood on projects ranging from high end custom homes to big campuses and landmark historic retrofits
  • Collaborate with dynamic project teams across our US and New Zealand network
