Requirements
- Hands-on, field-centric work experience
- Mentorship, coaching, and technical/professional development training

- Housing provided for out-of-state interns and co-ops (rent and utilities included)
Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid solicitations
- Distribute and maintain project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Support project scheduling, status reporting, and document control efforts
- Research and track RFIs, submittmits, change orders, ASIs, and other project documentation
- Identify and help resolve drawing conflicts, interferences, and field issues
- Track construction materials and equipment to support project progress
- Attend and document project meetings and project correspondence
- Assist with punch list completion, closeout activities, and subcontractor extra work verification
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Superintendent
