Walsh is seeking a Project Engineer II for its water division in Leesburg, Virginia. Project Engineers work collaboratively to solve problems, use data to make decisions and recommendations, plan and execute work, and build and maintain relationships while managing project production. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Document control, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination
- Procure construction materials
- Perform Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Perform survey and project layout
- Take weekly pictures for progress reports
- Manage construction equipment
- Manage safety
- Perform project estimating
- Inspect project sites
