Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination.
- Procure construction materials.
- Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Support survey and project layout.
- Take weekly progress pictures for reports.
- Manage construction equipment.
- Manage safety.
- Perform project estimating.
- Inspect project sites.
