Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage document control, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination.
- Procure construction materials.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance checks.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct survey and project layout activities.
- Take weekly progress pictures for reports.
- Manage construction equipment.
- Manage safety.
- Perform project estimating.
- Inspect project sites.
