Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree
• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure we “Lead with Safety 24/7”
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site across diverse climates and environments
• Highly motivated with demonstrated leadership skills, a passion for excellence, and taking initiative
• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings/specifications/3D models for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages, audit operations for safety compliance, order and schedule material deliveries, track installation progress, perform quality inspections and submit test records
• Maintain project controls including client report development and schedule updates, generate change orders reviewed by project management, supervise subcontractor operations, support site logistics, coordinate design and procurement interface
• Review and analyze data relative to the project, perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, complete plans and specification reviews for projects, assist with the preparation of a bid
