About The Position

The Project Engineer leads and coordinates engineering design and evaluation processing throughout all phases of assigned projects, from concept through design and execution. The role serves as the point of contact for client relations and supervises project assignments with project staff. The engineer manages and performs system design, including calculations, equipment selection, layouts, and drawing preparation; plans and conducts evaluations and site observations; and reviews project documents, specifications, and design options to ensure code compliance. The role also involves site investigations and technical research to support design decisions, applying standard engineering practices and software tools to produce high-quality deliverables, and developing internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Professional Engineer License (PE).

Nice To Haves

• Six or more years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and design standards.
• Strong command of core engineering principles and ability to apply them to real-world, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Experience with industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Competence in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Critical thinking and sound engineering judgment.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Effective communication skills.
