Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain one within 3 months.
5–8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to work in the Denver area. Relocation reimbursement may be provided, depending on the role and job function.

Nice To Haves

Min 4 years’ experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure.
Min 1 years’ experience with Professional Engineer (PE) license
Knowledge of or proficiency with Civil3D, StormCAD, FlowMaster, WaterCAD, AutoTurn.
Shows strong interest in participating in company initiatives
Construction field experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Project Design and Management: Utilize AutoCAD/Civil3D to design, detail, and coordinate small to medium-sized projects within budget and time constraints. Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and CAD technicians.
Client and Team Interaction: Serve as the primary point-of-contact with clients, contractors, and other design disciplines. Attend project meetings during design and construction phases.
Quality Control and Administration: Provide quality control checks of work produced, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Support project construction administration, including shop drawing review, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), and field observations.
Budget and Invoicing: Monitor project budgets and review/approve client invoices. Work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
