Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field (or upcoming graduate)
• 0–3 years of commercial construction experience, including internships or co-ops
• Strong interest in a career in commercial construction project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Travel may be required depending on project assignment

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the execution of commercial construction projects
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Help track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and project progress
• Participate in project meetings and support project reporting and communication
