Requirements

  • 12-15 years of project manager experience, with 3-5 years of operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical contracting/engineering field
  • Strong experience in large complex commercial and industrial projects
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Previous work experience within a Union Environment
  • Practical knowledge of all phases of construction
  • Strong business acumen in project and planning and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (ex: Procore) and the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong Estimating experience

Nice To Haves

  • knowledge of McCormick software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and own your business unit
  • Provide turn-key solution for company and clients
  • Maintain and expand client relationships
  • Estimating oversight throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee field operations and Administration of $100Mil + Project
  • Liaise with field supervision
  • Budgeting and P&L responsibilities
  • Maximizing efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans
  • Tracking goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies
  • Ability to run a business unit inside a larger organization
  • Identify areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, informing them of project status, risks, and milestones
  • Attend and run project meetings
