About The Position

Project Director Duties & Responsibilities Project management oversight of federal grant(s) including monitoring performance, ensuring operation within budget expectations, ensuring compliance with contractual expectations, and funder expectations Develop detailed work plans consistent with grant goals. Collaboration with teams inside and outside of the agency related to assignments. Effectively facilitates workgroups, managing and supporting teams Tracks progress for assigned initiatives, analyzes and presents data Summarizes outcomes and presents findings, improvements, and ideas in a concise way Oversees quality improvement processes related to assigned responsibilities and participates actively in agency wide quality initiatives and monitoring processes Ensures that requirements for grant documentation are in compliance. Oversees recruitment, selection, hiring and performance evaluation in collaboration with Human Resources Department for assigned responsibilities Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned. Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Master's degree or above in behavioral health.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years ' experience in program management in the behavioral health field.
  • 5-10 years’ experience managing large scale projects, preferably with federal grant administration and operational oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • CT state licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Ph.D., preferred
  • Previous CCBHC experience preferred.
