The Project Director is a leadership position focusing on driving business growth in the local area by: Adding clients, managing and developing existing clients and providing leadership in the local markets. Work collaboratively with leadership, Project Directors and regional management by developing new and existing clients, recruiting new professionals, retaining and rewarding top professionals, mentoring and coaching existing professionals, and capturing an industry-leading market share of various water or non-water work for public agencies and utilities.
