As a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of essential water infrastructure projects that serve communities and support sustainable growth. Working alongside project managers, technical specialists, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to a variety of projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, and distribution and collection systems. Your day will involve performing engineering analyses, preparing design calculations, developing plans and specifications, and coordinating project deliverables through various stages of design and construction. You'll collaborate directly with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to help solve complex infrastructure challenges while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. As an experienced engineer, you'll have opportunities to take ownership of project tasks, mentor junior team members, participate in field investigations and construction support activities, and build lasting client relationships.
