Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Solutions Specialist to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving successful end-to-end project outcomes across a high-volume portfolio by delivering quality Statements of Work and tailored solutions. You will work alongside a collaborative group of project professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce, Google Workspace platforms, and Smartsheet.
  • Proven ability in multi-project prioritization, stakeholder communication, organizational leadership, and managing dynamic workloads.
  • Strong Customer facincing experience
  • Self Motivated Individual

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of 50 to 60 concurrent projects, delivering key outputs such as detailed project plans, Statements of Work, status reports, and post-project evaluations on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to identify project requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, workflow best practices, and continuous process improvements.
