About The Position

TWG Infrastructure is expanding its presence in Indiana and throughout the Midwest. We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee customer projects from quotation through delivery while serving as the key link between customers, manufacturers, sales teams, and operations. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in project coordination, customer support, construction, infrastructure, utility, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of experience or 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong project coordination and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, utility, transportation, or construction projects
  • ERP or CRM experience including SAP or Salesforce
  • Experience reviewing project specifications and drawings

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects throughout the entire order lifecycle
  • Coordinate project schedules and delivery timelines
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers regarding project status and lead times
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
  • Resolve project issues and delivery challenges proactively
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within expectations
