About The Position

TWG Infrastructure, part of The Will Group, is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee customer projects from quotation through final delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely project execution. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in project management, order management, customer support, account management, engineering support, or construction-related industries.
  • Ability to review project plans and specifications.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer projects from quote through order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to align customer expectations with manufacturing timelines.
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Process and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouse teams, finance, and sales.
  • Monitor order status and expedite critical shipments when necessary.
  • Ensure seamless communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide proactive project updates, lead-time information, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Build trusted long-term customer relationships.
  • Partner with Sales, Quotations, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing Partners.
  • Communicate customer requirements and project expectations clearly.
  • Escalate and resolve complex project challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution.
