This role involves leading and supporting the Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals while ensuring high-quality project execution and service delivery. The position also requires providing day-to-day direction, mentoring direct reports, and stepping into Project Manager or Set Up Project Manager responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferred
Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferred
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Strong people management skills with the ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day activities of assigned staff in line with organizational policies and applicable regulations
Mentor, train, and develop team members while supporting performance management and professional growth
Drive high-quality project management services through continuous assessment of talent, processes, and procedures
Build strong client relationships and serve as a liaison between sponsors, internal departments, external vendors, and project teams
Ensure studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and/or EMEA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice
Report team productivity, quality, and performance metrics against contract, client expectations, and project baselines to management
Participate in customer meetings, bid defense activities, and employee engagement initiatives that support operational success
