This role is specifically aligned to our financial services customers, including all types of asset managers (alternatives, hedge, wealth, and private equity). The Project Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing customer projects. The applicable projects will be a mix of new customer implementations and existing customer work. Serving as the main point of contact for customers for the duration of the project, the Project Delivery lead will need to drive the project to success through clear expectation setting, task management, and status updates. A Project Delivery Lead will communicate with and organize Thrive internal resources including Engineers, Consultants, and Architects using Project Management software, checklists, and reports. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong project management skills and have experience in managed services, technology solutions, and financial services customers. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are necessary to gain customer confidence and bring projects live quickly. The applicant must be able to motivate people, encourage teamwork, and communicate effectively with senior management and financial services personas (COOs, CTOs, Traders, and Portfolio Managers). He/she must be able to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. It is expected that individuals in this role are extremely responsive to customers and spend time at the customer’s site.
