This Project Manager / Delivery Lead position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. The role involves planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, supporting Enterprise Change Management Standards, and providing program-level status reporting and key control indicators. The position also facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal, while promoting communication and collaboration across organizations to ensure deliverable completion and adherence to timelines. The Project Manager/Delivery Lead will gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Additionally, the role ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards, supports resource planning for delivery/execution, and requires accountability, ownership, and self-sufficiency to work with minimum guidance.
