About The Position

Project Delivery Lead is central in delivering world-class experiences by leading the execution of projects within a defined portfolio. Reporting into the Capability and working in close partnership with their VP, Project Delivery, the role is responsible for translating creative vision into operational reality— driving day-to-day project execution while owning scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role implements the Conductor’s strategic vision for their market project portfolio, delivering Moments that Move People, while fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements

10 + years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 8+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the VP, Project Delivery to define and direct the overall project strategy for assigned projects within the customer portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, customer priorities, and market opportunities.
Build and refine scopes of work within the assigned customer portfolio, focusing on seamless project delivery, strategic commercial success (budget management, margin optimization, revenue growth), efficient resourcing, and capacity planning.
Build customer trust and relationships, providing high-level involvement and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate and timely data management within Salesforce.
Participate in strategic discussions on new project opportunities, evaluating feasibility and organizational capacity.
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects within the portfolio as a coordinated effort, ensuring cross-project cohesion and alignment.
Assign resources to projects in coordination with the VP, Project Delivery & Lead leadership team, collaborating and sharing resources as needed.
Collaborate with Competency leadership to address staffing needs across all assigned projects.
Set competitive commercial strategies with direction from the VP, Project Delivery and collaborate with Project Leads to ensure profitable project delivery.
Oversee customer relationships in collaboration with the VP, Project Delivery, advocating for the customer while ensuring alignment of objectives, creative vision, and project delivery.
Collaborate with the VP, Project Delivery to ensure challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively, ensuring consistency in processes, scheduling, and quality standards across all projects.
Serve as the escalation point for Project Leads, providing guidance, resolution, and executive-level decision support.
Supervise and provide directional oversight to the matrixed team assigned to the portfolio across all Capabilities, coordinating closely with Competency managers to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration.
