About The Position

This position involves driving the lifecycle delivery of technology initiatives from concept through deployment and transition to Operations, ultimately to closure. The role requires establishing and managing the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams. The Delivery Lead/Project Manager ensures delivery outcomes align with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and blockers through negotiation with Sr. Leaders. The role supports a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues, serving as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress. It also facilitates clear, frequent communication with leadership, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, and implements and enforces delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to Change Standards. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-team technology deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies and budgets.
  • Leadership – Inspires, guides, and aligns teams to achieve delivery goals while fostering accountability.
  • Execution Driven – Maintains strong focus on delivering results, meeting commitments, and driving work to completion with quality and urgency.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with modern SDLC practices
  • Practical use of Jira, Microsoft software (including CoPilot), ServiceNow and Cutover is a plus
