About The Position

Peraton is seeking a skilled and qualified candidate for the Project/Data Analysis Support Coordinator role within the USPS program in Merrifield, VA. This position is responsible for driving metrics and coordinating project workflows, acting as a crucial communication link for nationwide telematics development, tracking deployment metrics, and mitigating risks. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week on-site at the Merrifield, VA office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a data-related field.
2+ years of experience.
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Must have resided in the U.S. for the past five years with no more than six months outside travel of the U.S during this timeframe.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, Teams).
Experience in IT coordination, business analysis, or Agile/Predictive project management.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly interactive Power BI (or similar) dashboards to map PIV telematics rollout progress, usage telemetry, and operational uptime.
Create documentation and data models to identify potential vehicle maintenance bottlenecks or deployment delays.
Maintain risk registers and tracking metrics.
Prepare and deliver weekly status briefs using PowerPoint and OneNote.
Build interactive, real-time Power BI or similar dashboards for KPI tracking.
Perform full-spectrum data analytics.
