About The Position

This role involves conducting research to identify data requirements across various evaluations, inspections, assessments, interoperability, operational, and exercise testing within the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise. The goal is to define the necessary data to determine the operational and technical performance of the NC3 Enterprise. The position will assist in identifying data shortfalls, recommending solutions, and determining enterprise risk to enable operational certification and risk assessment.

Requirements

Active TS Clearance with eligibility for immediate SCI & SAR.
At least 3 years of experience, or relevant college degree, in gathering, assembling, and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, conducting numerical analysis, and devising recommended solutions.
Experience in analyzing and determining risk, determining solutions to minimize risk, and compiling reports showing proposed plan of action and milestones.
Experience in examining and interpreting statistical reports, predicting future trends, and monitoring and assessing implementation of risk management strategies.
Experience in producing statistical reports using basic statistical concepts, such as mean, standard deviation, confidence intervals, etc.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Nuclear Command & Control (NC2 / NC3) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify data requirements across Commands, Service, and Agency (C/S/A) evaluations, inspections, assessments, interoperability, operational, and exercise testing.
Define the type, quality, and quantity of data required to determine operational and technical performance of the NC3 Enterprise.
Assist in identifying data shortfalls and recommend solutions for obtaining the data.
Assist the government in determining enterprise risk.
Enable operational certification and risk assessment across the enterprise.
