Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field plus a minimum of 6 years related experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of intermediate project cost control experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial data gathering, analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of earn value, risk and procurement management.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

  • Generates and presents project financial reporting for multiple projects to business unit management.
  • Provides project financial monitoring, reporting and controlling, including budget versus actuals, cash in/out forecasting coordination with project managers.
  • Facilitates invoicing for projects and monitoring of projects’ accounts receivables.
  • Executes Risk Management from a financial perspective.
  • Facilitates Earned Value Management.
  • Generates projects’ cash flow, cost budget and forecast planning reporting.
  • Supports financial components of Customer change orders.
  • Maintains projects’ master data within company financial system.
  • Engages on a regular basis with business unit’s management (executive, project management and financial).
