About The Position

The Project Cost Analyst will support the project Cost Controls team across a variety of project portfolios. The role helps ensure the client’s Project Cost Control discipline is applied across projects, enabling project teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders to make informed decisions in support of successful project execution. The staff member will be partnered one-to-one with a Client Cost Analyst and assigned a subset of that analyst’s projects for daily management.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level skills in Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage standardized processes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend project update meetings, providing overviews of project cost variances and forecasts.
• Support invoice processing.
• Support contract financial commitment management.
• Support project administrative closure.
• Support accrual collection.
• Manage assigned projects on a daily basis in partnership with a Client Cost Analyst.
