About The Position

Seeking Entry-Level Project Coordinator: Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a dynamic team responsible for managing facility and workplace projects for a leading corporate client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as a key resource throughout the project lifecycle. This position will begin as a part-time role (approximately 25 hours per week) with the ability to transition into a full-time opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field of study
  • 1 year of experience within project coordination, retail, customer service, or receptionist
  • Highly organized individual who has strong communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support onsite organization sessions focused on optimizing storage areas, product samples, and materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during client sessions, providing hands-on support and coordinating support team activities.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Product Managers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track session outcomes, maintain accurate records, and complete data entry and reporting as needed.
  • Prepare, stage, and deliver supplies required for organizing sessions and inventory management activities.
  • Assist teams with inventory organization, storage processes, and end-of-lifecycle product management best practices.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client consultations, contributing feedback and process improvement ideas.
  • Support SOP development and help train team members and clients on organizational processes and best practices.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately and provide administrative support, including email communication and documentation.
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
