The Division of Finance is seeking a collaborative, highly organized, and growth-minded Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a junior-level, operational, delivery-focused role dedicated to driving project execution across multiple teams. Working under the high-level governance and strategic oversight of the Project and Portfolio Manager, you will be assigned to a dedicated portfolio of functional DOF teams. In this role, you will act as a liaison across multiple teams, bridge communication gaps between business and technical stakeholders, drive accountability and execution of projects, and remove roadblocks to ensure project milestones stay on schedule. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who genuinely enjoys learning and is eager to expand their operational skillsets. You should feel comfortable asking questions whenever you need clarity, and be ready to approach follow-up conversations gently to help keep others accountable. You are attentive to the details, spotting potential hurdles early and proactively working with the team to flag them before they become major blockers.
