POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of manufacturing projects from planning through completion. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to keep projects on track, coordinate priorities, and ensure key deliverables are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in staying on top of the details, and is proactive about communicating and following up to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management practices.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or seek support.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

• Project management certification (such as PMP) is a plus.
• Experience coordinating projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and follow-up activities to help ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project requirements and priorities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project communication, ensuring updates and action items are clearly communicated and followed through.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Track project progress and proactively identify issues, delays, or potential risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support project execution.
• Monitor project resources, materials, and other requirements to help ensure projects stay on track.
• Prepare project status reports and provide updates on key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes and overall efficiency.
• Support other project-related initiatives and priorities as needed.
