Project Coordinator (PC) – Data Center Projects Role Overview The Project Coordinator (PC) supports Program Managers (VPs) and Project Leads (PLs) by managing day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and follow-through. This role focuses on administrative and coordination tasks that do not require engineering judgment, enabling engineers to concentrate on technical design, quality, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-discipline projects (data center or A/E/C experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with project and document management platforms (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items for internal and external project meetings
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across all disciplines
  • Proactively follow up on open action items and approaching deadlines
  • Manage document control, versioning, and transmittals
  • Support document workflows and uploads/downloads on client platforms (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint)
  • Maintain organized project records, logs, and correspondence
  • Support RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications during construction
  • Assist with QA/QC processes, checklist tracking, and document review coordination
  • Help implement and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and processes
  • Assist project manager in review of hours and budget utilization.
  • Compile timesheet data and consultant invoices for review and submission.
  • Ensure billing aligns with scope, PO values, and client requirements.
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Project Leads, and engineering teams
  • Coordinate across Engineering, BIM, Operations, and Finance to support project delivery
