About The Position

PuroClean of Lawrenceville & Chamblee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage restoration projects from initiation to completion. This entry-level role requires no prior restoration experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. The Project Coordinator acts as the central point of communication and quality control, liaising between field technicians, office staff, insurance companies, and customers. Responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy, following up with technicians, assisting with insurance submissions, communicating with customers, maintaining organized job files, and tracking project progress to completion. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communication and quality control hub between field technicians, office staff, insurance companies, and customers.
  • Review field photos and videos for completeness and quality.
  • Verify technicians collected all required documentation before leaving a job.
  • Review assessment documentation to ensure nothing was missed.
  • Follow up with technicians when additional photos or documentation are needed.
  • Assist with preparing job files before submission to insurance carriers.
  • Respond to notes and requests from insurance adjusters.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and project status.
  • Keep job files organized and up to date.
  • Track outstanding items and help move projects through completion.
  • Work closely with management to maintain accurate documentation.
