About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for various projects including plan and report development, maintenance of data and information resources supporting programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Three years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a high school diploma
  • Two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a bachelor’s degree
  • One year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program required w/ a bachelor's degree
  • Act 34

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide department administrative support and assist with event coordination
  • Support documentation of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Assist in design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain materials to support program rollouts
  • Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Document and submit service requests to ISD/vendors
  • Assist with prioritization and track/communicate request progress
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools
  • Support HR-related activities across the organization
  • Maintain knowledge of UPMC health careers to support initiatives
