About The Position

A US-based real estate investment firm specializing in property flips and rental portfolio management is hiring a Bilingual Project Coordinator to take procurement, budget tracking, and vendor coordination off the leadership team during peak season. The company runs dozens of active flip and rental projects across multiple markets with a lean ~20-person team and a builder-focused, fast-moving culture. Leadership empowers this role to own systems end-to-end and operate with minimal oversight in an environment where processes are still being built. Day-to-day, the coordinator lives in Google Sheets and CRM roughly 80% of the time — ordering materials, reconciling invoices, tracking budgets, and keeping contractor documentation airtight — with the rest spent coordinating vendors and crews by phone. Success means budgets and records stay current without prompting, and cost overruns are flagged before they escalate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years at a construction, remodeling, or roofing company in an admin, coordination, or operations support role.
  • Hands-on procurement and material ordering across multiple concurrent projects, including vendor accounts (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, specialty suppliers).
  • Budget tracking and construction financial admin — invoice/receipt reconciliation, purchase orders, and tagging transactions to the correct projects.
  • Proficiency with a project CRM (Podio or comparable) and advanced Google Sheets for real-time budget and project tracking.
  • Contractor and vendor payment coordination — W9 collection, ACH payment setup, and insurance/compliance document management.
  • B2+ English (CEFR) for internal coordination with US-based founders and team.
  • Native or near-native Spanish for verbal coordination with bilingual subcontractors and crews.

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate flipping or residential renovation project experience.
  • Experience with roofing/exterior measurement tools (Hover, Roofr, or CubiCasa).
  • Permit acquisition and compliance documentation experience.
  • Construction engineering degree or formal construction education.
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, or comparable construction accounting software.
