Be part of a team that values innovation, impact, and shared success The Project Coordinator serves as the primary facilitator for the Cumberland County Food System Alliance (CCFSA), strengthening communication among partner organizations, Shippensburg University's Center for Land Use and Sustainability (CLUS), and the Partnership for Better Health (PBH). Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders from multiple disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems for website

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience working with grant-funded programs or in administrative coordination roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and Canva (or similar platforms for designing promotional materials) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for Cumberland County Food System Alliance (CCFSA) and represent the Alliance and CLUS on campus and in the community.
  • Travel throughout the region to meet partners, share updates, and collect feedback.
  • Organize bi-monthly meetings and two major annual community events, managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support (invoices, travel forms, purchasing).
  • Maintain partner communications, records, and media documentation.
  • Lead outreach via website, social media, newsletters, and community engagement.
  • Manage CCFSA-related grants, including timelines, budgets, reports, and contributions to future proposals.
  • Perform related duties supporting CCFSA's mission.
