About The Position

Project Coordinator for heavylift and transport projects. Working at Rosharon, TX. Mammoet's Project Coordinators play a key role in supporting large-scale heavy lifting and transportation projects by ensuring project data, resources, procurement activities, and financial processes are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. As a Projects Coordinator with Mammoet, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring accurate project planning, resource coordination, procurement administration, and project documentation to support successful project execution.

Requirements

Previous experience in project administration, project coordination, procurement, or operational support roles.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar business systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling project and financial data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting project teams by coordinating administrative and operational processes for large-scale projects.
Managing timesheet confirmations and labor entries for large projects to ensure accurate project costing and reporting.
Creating and maintaining resource demands in Quintiq to support workforce planning and resource allocation.
Creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to initiate procurement activities and support project requirements.
Preparing and managing Service Entry Sheets (SES) to facilitate purchase order administration and vendor payment processes.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of project billing plans to ensure accurate revenue tracking and invoicing.
Coordinating and maintaining ship-to party information to ensure resources, materials, and equipment are delivered to the correct project locations.
Maintaining project records, documentation, and administrative data within company systems.
Collaborating with Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to support project execution and reporting.
Identifying and resolving administrative discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
