Requirements

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Experience in mitigation support, or mitigation field work, preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people

Responsibilities

Work closely with Mitigation team to ensure projects progress efficiently, obtain high customer satisfaction with clear communication, and follow up for payment on services rendered.
Work with existing customers to collect payment
Schedule jobs with customers and mitigation team to provide timely service
Review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct
Participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other mitigation team members
Create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information
Help explain the insurance process to customers and field questions and concerns
Ensure proper documentation is in job file
